Community Guidelines
Standards of respect, authenticity, safety, and cultural integrity required of all participants in the Living Culture Health ecosystem.
1. The Spirit of Ubuntu & Mutual Respect
Our platform is built upon the philosophy of Ubuntu ('I am because we are'). We celebrate the rich diversity of Africa's 54 nations and expect all interactions between buyers, indigenous makers, and cultural custodians to be conducted with dignity, respect, and cultural reverence.
2. Prohibited Behaviors
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:
• Hate speech, discrimination, tribalism, racism, or religious intolerance.
• Fraudulent listings, counterfeit cultural goods, and deceptive health claims.
• Harassment, intimidation, or extortion of sellers or excursion hosts.
• Manipulation of customer reviews, artificial rating inflation, or spamming.
3. Enforcement & Sanctions
Violations may result in formal warnings, listing takedowns, temporary suspension, or permanent banning of accounts and forfeiture of vendor seller privileges.
