Customer Data Deletion Request
Submit a formal request to permanently erase your account, contact details, shopping history, and personal data from Living Culture Health databases.
1. Right to Erasure / Account Deletion
In accordance with POPIA Section 24, GDPR Article 17, and CCPA/CPRA Section 1798.105, you have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data held by Living Culture Health.
2. What Happens When You Request Deletion?
• Your profile, username, email address, phone number, and delivery addresses will be permanently purged from active production databases within 72 hours.
• All active marketing subscriptions, email newsletters, and WhatsApp notifications will be immediately terminated.
• Any linked third-party authentications (such as Facebook Login or TikTok Single Sign-On) will be disconnected and associated authorization tokens destroyed.
• Statutory Exception: Under South African tax law (SARS) and financial recordkeeping requirements, anonymized proof of past financial transactions is retained securely for 5 years as required by statute.
