Seller & Vendor Master Agreement
Comprehensive terms governing artisan stall registration, order fulfillment standards, commission rates, and payout schedules.
1. Vendor Stall Appointment
By creating a store on Living Culture Health, you agree to act as an independent merchant complying with all applicable consumer protection and tax laws.
2. Order Fulfillment Obligations
Vendors agree to pack and hand over confirmed orders to designated courier partners (The Courier Guy / Pudo) within 48-72 hours of purchase confirmation.
3. Commission & Payout Schedule
Living Culture Health charges a standardized 8% platform facilitation fee on completed sales. Net earnings are settled directly to the seller's verified commercial bank account weekly.
